- Buyer: Client – Company
- Seller: Freelancer – Service Provider
- Disputes: The disagreements experienced during an order between a Buyer and Seller
- Custom Offers: The exclusive proposals that a Seller can create in response to the specific requirements of a Buyer.
- Custom Orders: The requests made by a Buyer to receive a Custom Offer from a Seller.
- Service Plus: are additional services offered on top of the Seller’s service for an additional price defined by the Seller.
- Service Packages: allow Sellers to offer services in different formats and prices. Packages can include upgrades, which lets Sellers price their services for a basic price of over.
- Service Page: is where the Seller can describe their Service and the terms.
- Wallet: is the page that having your money.
Payments:
- Mostafed is the first online services platform in Egypt that presents a new payment method through (Vodafone Cash – Orange Cash – Etisalat Cash – We Pay – Fawry) the fastest, safest and most convenient mean of sending and receiving money at any time and from anywhere in Egypt.
- The buyer should pay full amount 100% to allow the seller to start the order.
- The full amount 100% stays in Mostafed’s wallet until the work’s completed as per the agreement.
- Each order sell and successfully complete, a credit of a net revenue of 90% of the purchase amount will be credited to the seller’s wallet.
- The processing fees to start an order is 5%.
- If the seller delivered the the job or order and the buyer didn’t reply (either approve or reject) in 72 hours, the job status will be automatically changed to (Approve) and the buyer can’t compliant after that time.
Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellation from your side for any reasons within (2) hours of receiving the task, no payments will deduct of the buyer’s wallet.
- Both parties have (2) hours to apologize of proceeding the order.
- In case of cancellation from the buyer side after 2 hours of the task request and (the seller didn’t delivered the job) the down payment 50% will be charged from the buyer’s wallet and the other 50% remain in his wallet to use it any time and the buyer will receive 50% of the job amount (Mostafed’s commission (10%) will be deducted of the down payment).
